Mr Gregory Leung is Adviser to Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre. Previously, Mr Leung served as the Centre’s Secretary-General from November 2007 to May 2011.

Mr Leung retired from Government of Hong Kong in July 2006 after 37 years of public service, during when he held key positions in different Government bureaux and departments, and gained solid experience in various policy areas, including healthcare, food safety, environmental hygiene, government supplies and others. He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2007.

Mr Leung was Chairperson of the Council on Human Reproductive Technology from 2010 to 2016, and Convener of the Panel on Promoting Testing and Certification Services in Food Trade of the Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification. Currently, Mr Leung is a member of Tai Po Hospital Governing Committee and Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital Governing Committee, as well as a co-opt member of Hospital Authority’s Supporting Services and Development Committee.
