Miss Amy Tse is now an Adviser to the Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre. She served the Centre as Secretary-General from June 2011 to May 2014. In that capacity, she was responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Centre.
Miss Tse joined the Hong Kong Government as an Information Officer in 1981 and had worked in the Information Services Department until 1987 when she became an Administrative Officer. During her over 20 years of experience in the administrative service, she has served in different positions in various government bureaux and departments. Before her retirement from the civil service in 2008, Miss Tse was Deputy Secretary (Treasury) of the Treasury Branch of the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and draft Estimates of Expenditure.
Miss Tse is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong and also obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from the Harvard University.
