Net neutrality a common challenge

Public broadcasting has been a subject of controversy recently. The Centre’s weekly analysis tries to view the issue from a new perspective. By discussing the principles for the use of the Internet, the analysis looks into the current development and the potential of Internet TV, as well as the limitation of network resources, both in Hong Kong and overseas, and argues whether the city needs to formulate its net neutrality policy as soon as possible.
