The Education Bureau (EDB) has drawn up a list of ‘Recommended e-Textbooks’, which will be used in 100 public schools starting September this year. The Centre’s weekly analysis examines the EDB’s strategies for promoting ‘Information Technology in Education’, and by making reference to overseas examples, it also looks into the possible challenges facing the paradigm shift from traditional textbooks to e-textbooks.
