Art for rent

Artworks have become more accessible to the public with the establishment of art banks, which help promote ‘art for all’. The Centre’s weekly analysis looks into the track records of art banks around the world, and discusses their positive and negative impact on art development. The article also evaluates the effectiveness of current art funding policy in Hong Kong.
