Food supply has become borderless in the era of globalisation. Reducing food prices, the new food system has but at the same time made food production process unknown to customers. The Centre’s weekly analysis discusses the principle of food justice, and looks into how different countries promote local food production, as well as the latest development of organic farming and city farming in Hong Kong.
