Is technology an answer to political problems?

Information technology has not only made our daily lives more convenient, but also changed how we take part in politics. The Centre’s weekly analysis introduces how civil society organisations in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States make use of information technology to promote public understanding on public policies so that the public could be better positioned to monitor their government, and even take part in 'co-governance'.
