The Centre’s weekly analysis points out that, apart from strengthening financial arrangement and redressing the public-private balance, healthcare reform in Hong Kong should also target on nurturing proper user, provider and government behaviours, which includes both financial incentive and positive action to promote prevention, wellness and quality of life into old age, and allows the elderly embrace their age with grace.
