How much an employee has in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) account upon retirement depends not only on the return of the chosen investment, but also fund management fees. The Centre’s weekly analysis points out that although the MPF Schemes Authority plans to improve the current standardised default investment strategy, breadwinners should still increase their awareness of safeguarding their hard-earned gains.
