Refugee crisis: keeping doors open or shut?

UNHCR's annual Global Trends Report 2014 said that the number of people forcibly displaced had risen to a staggering 59.5 million, and more than half of such population was comprised by people aged below 18. This week, the Centre examines the moral responsibilities shared by different countries as well as many practical challenges brought forth by the pressing refugee crisis.
