Reverse mentoring: Teaching an old dog new tricks



It is typical for senior employees to be mentors for newcomers. However, with the growing importance of technology and social media, and to better understand the mindsets of different generations in the workplace, some corporations have opted for a role reversal: junior employees as mentors and the senior ones as mentees.
