The number of disabled persons in Hong Kong in 2013, including those with intellectual disability, had reached over 600,000. Just like any other person, disabled people also need to have regular exercise, albeit facing more challenges. In addition to existing measures, what else can the Government do to encourage greater participation in sports amongst the disabled?
