What should we do with unused drugs in our homes? In Hong Kong, people may handle them like normal household waste. In some countries, however, governments would promote community-based drug ‘take-back’ and unused drug donation programmes. Could these options be introduced in Hong Kong? More importantly, how can we avoid drug wastage in the first instance?
