Sign language: Breaking the sound of silence



Most deaf students who attend mainstream schools currently have little chance of learning sign language. Besides, there is a limited supply of qualified sign language interpreters in Hong Kong – only around 50. What will life be like for the deaf if sign language disappears one day?
