In recent years, various governments have been exploring the potential use of Nudge theory. By making optimal use of low-cost simple tricks on policy implementation, nudging can encourage the public to make a better choice to benefit themselves while also benefiting society. Can Hong Kong Government enhance the effectiveness of the policy in different areas by the means of nudging as well?
