Sharing photos and videos of healthy eating and exercise on social media has tied in some people’s everyday lives. This habit has turned the influential ones into key opinion leaders (KOLs). Whilst some of their followers benefit from their sharing, others are found taking diet and exercise to an extreme, which is counterproductive to achieve their fitness goals, or even worse, may develop into mental illnesses.
