The Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre (BFRC) was pleased to present its Distinguished Lecture Series on Innovation, which featured prominent speakers and innovation gurus from around the world. The lectures was held from October 2009 to March 2010.
For leaders, encouraging people to think like entrepreneurs or "intrapreneurs" is often the key to maintaining a competitive edge. Kicking off the series was Professor Tina Seelig, Executive Director of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, USA. In her lecture on October 24, she talked about innovation in existing organizations. Joining Professor Seelig in the discussions would be two young local CEOs (in their early 30s), who shared their personal experience in entrepreneurship.
