The Innovation Imperative: Creating Opportunities in Challenging Times

Date: 2009-03-31

Time: 8:30am - 6:30pm

Address:  8/F, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel, Wanchai, Hong Kong

Market leaders choose to reinvent themselves and scout for new opportunities when times get tough. Cost-cutting is only for those who want to be left behind. Innovation is the single most important imperative for turning crises into opportunities. It does not necessarily mean spending more. It simply means doing different things and doing things differently to WIN.

The Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre (“the Centre”) is pleased to present The Innovation Imperative – the first international innovation forum of its kind in Asia. This forum aims to promote and encourage innovation as a key value creation tool, from the more commonly understood product innovation to service, management, business model and user-driven innovation. Thought leaders and trendsetters from the US, the UK, Canada, Denmark, and Hong Kong will take the audience through an intense and interactive innovation journey, looking into the three building blocks of innovation, namely customer insights, business strategy and technology application.
