The study 'Strategies for achieving sustainable tourism in Hong Kong: Empowering communities, Anchoring GBA cities and Connecting globally’ aims at examining the strengths, obstacles, opportunities of and challenges towards the development of Hong Kong’s tourism with a view to proposing feasible policy recommendations to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of Hong Kong’s tourism industry, perfect the city landscape, revive the local economy, foster the well-being of local people and make Hong Kong a liveable and tourist-friendly city.
